Gary is the man behind HQ Screen Solutions. He started the company with his wife in 1996 and has brought his passion for extraordinary customer service with him! Always willing to go the extra mile for his customers, he works with his great team of dealers and installers to help homeowners in south central Texas make dreams for their homes come true. And when he’s not living and breathing retractable screens? Well, he’s out trying to catch up on a little coastal fishing.

Pat is the person who makes sure HQ Screen Solutions runs smoothly! She’s the one who arranges appointments and schedules the installations. In fact it was Pat who discovered Phantom Screens when she saw the brand at a local home show and got one installed on her home. It may be a cliché, but she liked it so much, she and Gary started a distributorship! Calm in a crisis and patient with everyone, Pat is the hub around which the company revolves.
